Just One Piece of the Memory Puzzle

You may find it hard to believe...but the truth is... every thought you think is electrically and chemically recognized within your brain. Research shows that there is an undeniable connection between physical and emotional health and that aroma sensations are interpreted in the brain stem. Women can actually learn to transform negative and stress provoking thoughts into a state of relaxation and to strengthen muscles within the brain to encourage memory enhancement.

In order to be successful at this transformation process, we are smart to elicit the powers of lavender and rosemary. Lavender is beneficial for relief stress and anxiety for clearing the mind enabling us to remember better. In other words, lavender is a precursor of memory enhancement.

Replace Toxic Thoughts with Memorable Aromas

As you learn to sweep away toxic thoughts and anxiety, remember that it takes the brain 21 days to identify a new habit pattern. There are several helpful hints women can implement to help them along their journey memory enhancement.

1. GESTURING--by talking with your hands you help your brain remember something important.

2. CHILL OUT--by learning to calm down and not burdening your brain with so much toxic waste, you are leaving more room for remembering and focusing on positive thoughts.
